Out-of-scope ที่ต้องระวัง
BRD ระบุว่า Auto Refund กรณียกเลิก booking ที่ชำระเงินแล้วอยู่นอก Phase 1 ดังนั้น flow ปัจจุบันที่สร้าง refund record และให้ Backoffice update เป็น manual workflow สอดคล้องกับ scope นี้
