ccr-booking-service เป็นแกนหลักของระบบ CCR ในส่วนรายการจอง รับผิดชอบทั้ง customer-facing booking และ backoffice operation

Create booking	รับข้อมูลรถ, สาขา, ผู้ติดต่อ, ผู้ขับ, add-on, policy consent และสร้าง booking
View booking	แสดง booking list/detail และ history
Edit booking	เปลี่ยนข้อมูล booking หลังสร้างรายการ พร้อมคำนวณส่วนต่าง
Cancel booking	เก็บ cancellation reason และอัปเดตสถานะ
Refund	จัดการ refund request และ status workflow
Payment support	ผูก payment transaction กับ booking info
Email queue	จัดคิว email เช่น booking confirmation, refund, additional payment
